INternal Family Systems Coaching

Internal Family Systems Coaching

IFS Coaching offers a space to explore your inner world through the lens of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model.
This work honors your inner multiplicity and the healing that unfolds when you lead from Self — your core of compassion, clarity, and connection.
IFS Coaching is for personal growth, embodiment, and integration.
It’s well-suited for those who want to engage the IFS model for self-understanding, creativity, leadership, or spiritual development outside of therapy.

Some ways IFS coaching can support you:
  • Deepen your relationship with your parts and your inner system
  • Cultivate Self-leadership in daily life and relationships
  • Explore ancestral, cultural, or family patterns shaping your inner world
  • Develop practices for Self-connection, compassion, clarity, and calm

Qualifications & Training

My approach to IFS Coaching draws from over two decades of body-based and ancestral work. The attunement I’ve cultivated through craniosacral therapy and somatic practice helps me listen to subtle shifts in the body and system. My training in Ancestral Lineage Healing deepens this work, honoring the ways lineage, culture, and legacy live within us and can be met with compassion and curiosity.
