SoundBodyMind Therapy is my vision of providing a healing space that is empowering, non-pathologizing, and non-judgmental.
It is a holistic psychotherapeutic approach informed by my background as a musician, craniosacral therapist, and social worker, as well as my training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. It is rooted in the understanding that we are all natural healers, and that the goal of therapy is to empower you to activate your own inner healing ability.
I recognize that healing extends beyond the individual to encompass collective well-being, and I honor the importance of community and interconnectedness. Individual therapy can play a vital role in this by supporting you to be the change you wish to see in the world.

- IFS Coaching – For individuals seeking personal or spiritual growth through the IFS lens outside of therapy.
- IFS Clinical Consultation – For therapists and practitioners integrating IFS into their professional work.
- Ancestral Lineage Healing – A spiritually grounded process of connecting with well ancestors and transforming legacy burdens, as taught by Dr. Daniel Foor. (Not scheduling new clients at this time)
